Essens is a mermaid gown in fine lace, its elongated corset softly cupped and open-laced in velvet over milk-lace tunnels, closed with a solid back panel. Multiple layers of mesh fall over a short lining, and the skirt — fastened in zip and hook — carries beaded cord work and tiered air-light ruffles of varying lengths, edged by two mesh ruffles at the top. Short, two-layer sleeves are included but detachable.
