Each private bridal appointment is 90 minutes long. This gives you dedicated time with our expert stylist to explore our collections, try on gowns, and find your perfect dress without feeling rushed.

How many guests can I bring to my appointment?

You may bring up to 4 guests to share in your bridal experience. We recommend bringing only your closest loved ones whose opinions matter most to you.

What designers do you carry?

We proudly feature exclusive European designers including Rara Avis, Natalia Romanova, and Ange Etoiles. Each designer offers unique styles ranging from romantic and ethereal to modern and sophisticated.

What is your price range?

Our gowns range from $3,000 to $10,000+. During your appointment, your stylist will help you find beautiful options within your budget.

How far in advance should I start shopping for my wedding dress?

We recommend starting your bridal gown search 9-12 months before your wedding date. This allows time for ordering, production (typically 4-6 months), and alterations.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes, we provide professional alterations services to ensure your gown fits perfectly. Alterations are scheduled after your dress arrives and typically require 2-3 fittings.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend wearing nude or seamless undergarments and bringing any shapewear you plan to wear on your wedding day. Avoid heavy makeup that could transfer to the gowns.

Can I take photos during my appointment?

Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos and videos during your appointment to help with your decision. Our fitting rooms are designed with great lighting for photos.

Where are you located?

We are located at 68 35th Street, Building 4, 6th Floor, Space B619, Brooklyn, NY. We are easily accessible and offer a private, luxurious bridal suite experience.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is street parking available in the area as well as nearby parking lots. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to find parking.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options. A 50% deposit is required to place your order, with the remaining balance due when your gown arrives. We accept all major credit cards.
